This Verse
from the Bible describes it best what matters to me as a musician: everything that I have, am and do comes from God, the Creator. Therefore, I intend to express my gratitude to God by using the gifts He has given me for His glory. “My utmost for His highest“ is the motto I pursue as an artist – a challange that I am willing to take up for the rest of my life.
My music
mirrors the influences that I have been exposed to from the very beginning: Various elements of Black Music (Funk, Soul, Gospel) meet the strict structures of European Pop as well as the harmonies and freedom of Jazz. The longer I write music, the simpler the songs become and the greater is the desire to break up structures and create spontaneous and free music, above all on stage.
